Our end of the year Recital will be an outdoor event at Pioneer Village.

Centro de Folklor is available for special events, wedding, quinceaneras, and community events. Please email us for prices.
Our Mission is to cultivate a love for Mexican folklor and for the folklor of our community through traditional dances. We also encourage our own stories to be told through dance.
Our Infantil Class is back!
Class will be bi weekly and be held on
Mondays at 6:00 p.m.
The Class will be under the instruction of Lisette Salgado.
The fee is $60 for six sessions
Our Pre K/K Class is primarily for 4 & 5 year olds, but we will make exceptions for parents who prefer their kids to be in the class.

The Primary Class is for kids in 1st - 4th Grade with some experience in folklórico dance. The class meets
Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. and is under the instruction of
Andrés Muñoz

This Class is designed for kids who have no or little folklórico dance experience. They will learn some of the basic footwork and rhythms. The class is under the instruction of
Ramón Martínez and meets every
Tuesday at 6:05 p.m.

This Class is designed for kids in 5th-8th Grade. The class meets every
Thursday at 6:00 p.m. and is under the
instruction of Joey Zamora & Ramon Martinez

The High School Class is for students in
9th - 12th grade.

It is under the Co-Instruction of

The Comeback Class is for Adult Advanced Dancers. It meets on
Thursdays at 7:15 p.m.
They are under the direction of Oscar Hernández and assisted by Lisette Salgado, Joey Zamora, Ramon Martinez and Andrés Martinez
The Fee is $15 a month
The Irene Gonzalez Project is on a Hiatus while Chalome and Maia work on some exciting projects at Arte Americas. Please visit the Arte Americas website for list of events.

Lisette will be teaching the Pre K/K Class. She is a health care provider and in the Degree Completion Program at Fresno Pacific University working towards a Master's Degree in Social Work
Gracie works is a health safety worker and is studying Kinesiology at Fresno City College
Andrés is a food service worker and is studying Kinesiology at Fresno City College
Ramon works as a tutor and is Pre-Med at Fresno Pacific University.
Alyiah is a CNA at a retirement home and is studying Biological Sciences and Kinesiology at Fresno City College
Joey works as a bilingual para-professional and is studying Sociology at Fresno City College
Oscar has been a public school teacher for 27 years. He currently teaches 12th Grade English and Film as Literature.
